With human-centered design at the core of everything we do, below are intentionally crafted workshop offerings that can cater to your unique needs:
Designing for Team Connection
Looking for more meaningful and sustainable ways to increase your team's engagement? Designing for Team Connection is an introspective and creative approach to team building. We will use diverse tools such as Lego bricks and fine art, CliftonStrengths and memes, to increase our sense of connection to ourselves, each other, our work, and our team's purpose.
Designing Strategies and Plans
How might we lead our teams amidst changes, complexities, and uncertainties? This workshop integrates design thinking mindsets into our typical "strat-plan" sessions, using design tools and empathy-based insights in mapping out strategies and plans for our teams. Great for leaders and teams who are ready for a creative approach in their goal-setting activities.
Designing for and with People
Curious about what makes design thinking truly special as an innovation approach? Empathy. This workshop focuses on various methods that we at Habi do to (1) place ourselves in the shoes of who we're designing for and (2) increase their participation in the design process. Great for designers who are interested in increasing the participatory and human-centered nature of their creative practice.
Designing Better Learning
This is a hands-on fundamentals workshop on Learning Experience Design, blending concepts of pedagogy and adult learning with human-centered design. We'll go through Habi's design process and principles to build a real learning experience design plan at the end of the course. Great for those who create and implement learning programs, such as teachers, trainers, and learning and development practitioners.
